Designing ECOP – a smart money management app that helps people save with clarity, confidence, and control.
This project was part of a course by Amanj Academy, taught by Ali Babaei.
We were a dedicated four-member team who took this project from the very beginning to the final delivery. Starting with defining the problem and conducting in-depth user research, we carefully explored real user needs, market gaps, and opportunities. Together, we mapped out the project scope, set clear objectives, and ensured that every step aligned with both user expectations and business goals.
Throughout the process, we worked on every stage of the design journey — from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to usability testing and final high-fidelity design. Each member contributed their strengths, and through close collaboration, we successfully completed the entire design process from 0 to 100%. The result is a comprehensive, user-centered solution that reflects our teamwork and attention to detail.
